Cambrian Miners at the third attempt finally got on the field thanks to a hastily arranged friendly after two previous teams cried off by visiting Rhydfelyn and although putting in a superb defensive performance were beaten 9-5 the only try of the game coming from Craig Howard following a push over try.This Saturday the Miners entertain near neighbours Penygraig in another friendly kick off up the Tump is at 2-30pm
